Information may be used to review customization suitability, create and fulfill an order, communicate about proofs or support, prevent fraud, operate and secure the website, comply with law and measure site performance. Customer photos will not be used in advertising, a public portfolio or AI training without separate permission.
How information is shared
Information is shared only as needed with providers supporting website hosting and private file storage, Shopify checkout, payment processing, production, shipping, security and professional services, or where legally required. Cloudflare currently supports website hosting and private customization storage. Shopify and the selected payment provider process transaction information when checkout is enabled. Providers receive only the information needed for their role.
Customer photos and retention
Unpurchased customization drafts and their private photo files are retained for up to 30 days unless the customer deletes the draft sooner. Photos associated with a completed order are retained for up to 30 days after fulfillment, then removed from active customization storage. Transaction, tax, fraud-prevention and legal records may be retained separately where required, without using customer photos for advertising or AI training.
Cookies and advertising choices
Essential cookies may be used for security, private draft recovery, cart and checkout functions. Non-essential analytics or advertising cookies will be activated only with the disclosures and consent controls required for the visitor.
Your privacy choices
Depending on location and applicable law, a customer may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or information about certain uses or disclosures. Requests can be submitted through the contact page. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
Security
Customization photos are stored in private object storage and are retrieved through an unguessable request reference plus an editing credential kept in the customer’s browser. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Children
The store is intended for adults purchasing gifts and is not directed to children. Do not submit a child’s photograph unless you are the parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have lawful authority to provide it.
