DELIVERY INFORMATION
Shipping Policy
The United States is our first sales market. Personalized orders are normally prepared before shipment, and transit estimates remain separate from production time.
Where we ship
We currently serve eligible United States delivery addresses. Address eligibility is confirmed during checkout; orders cannot be completed for a destination that the available shipping service does not support.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is USD 8.90 for eligible US orders below USD 69.90. Eligible US orders of USD 69.90 or more receive free standard shipping. Any available charge is shown before payment.
Production time and transit time
Personalized products normally require 1–2 days for production before shipment. Estimated standard transit to an eligible United States address is 10–15 days after shipment. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates, and checkout will show production time separately from transit time.
Address review
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact customer support as soon as possible if an address needs correction. An address change cannot be guaranteed after production or shipment has begun, and carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available, it is sent using the contact information supplied with the order. Carrier scans and estimated arrival dates are not guarantees. If tracking shows delivery but the parcel cannot be located, contact customer support with the order reference so the shipment can be reviewed.
Delay, loss or shipping damage
Contact customer support with the order reference if a shipment appears delayed or lost. If a product arrives damaged, include clear photos of the damaged product and retain the item and packaging during review. Once product damage is verified, we will make and ship a replacement product.
Taxes and duties
Applicable sales tax will be shown at checkout where required. Duties, import taxes and delivery terms for any future international orders must be disclosed before those destinations are enabled. Free shipping does not mean tax-free delivery.
