Using the website
You may use the website only for lawful personal or business inquiries. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious files or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
When an order is formed
Saving or submitting a customization draft is not a completed order. An order is formed only when checkout accepts payment and issues an order confirmation. We may contact you if a source image or requested customization cannot be produced as submitted.
Product information and concepts
We aim to present products accurately, but screen colors, lighting and the source photograph can affect appearance. Any image marked as a concept or mockup explains a design or use case and is not a substitute for the product details, included components and selected version shown on the product page.
Customer content and approvals
You are responsible for the accuracy of names, dates, spelling, photo selection and other details you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions described in the Upload Terms. Review the customization preview and any proof we provide carefully because production may follow the approved details.
Prices, payment and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars for the United States market. Available payment methods, shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed during checkout before payment is submitted. Payment information is processed by the connected checkout and payment providers.
Order acceptance and cancellation
We may decline or cancel a request that cannot be produced safely or lawfully, contains prohibited content, lacks a suitable source image, is affected by an inventory or pricing error, or is identified as potentially fraudulent. Customer-requested cancellation is available only before production begins.
Intellectual property
The 3D Heirloom name, site copy and original site materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Customers retain their rights in content they submit and grant only the limited permission described in the Upload Terms.
Problems and statutory rights
Shipping, cancellation, return, remake and refund details are described on the relevant policy pages. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
