Upload Terms
Upload only content that you own or have permission to use.
Your permission
By uploading a file, you confirm that you own it or have permission from the relevant person, photographer, artist, trademark owner or other rights holder.
Limited use
You allow the file to be processed only to review, quote and, if later agreed, fulfill your customization request. It will not be used for marketing, public display or AI training without separate permission.
Content we cannot accept
Do not upload illegal, abusive, deceptive, infringing, sexually exploitative or hateful content. A request may be declined when rights or production suitability cannot be confirmed.
People shown in photos
Do not upload a photograph of another person unless you have permission to use it for the requested personalized product. For a child’s photograph, you must be the parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have lawful authority to provide it.
Storage and deletion
Saved customization files are kept in private storage and are available only to people and service providers who need them for review or fulfillment. A saved draft is retained for up to 30 days and can be deleted from the same browser. For privacy or deletion requests, email pujiangrunyao@163.com.
Marketing and examples
Submitting a photo does not give permission to publish it. A finished product, customer photo or testimonial may be used in marketing only after separate, clear permission is obtained.
