1. Choose the shape
Start with the feeling you want the finished piece to carry. Heart and LOVE designs are natural for close relationships, while rectangle, square, and other geometric forms keep the photo at the center.
2. Choose the size and base
Pick the size that suits the display space and the number of people in the photo. Crystal Only is $30. Crystal + Base is $68 and includes the rotating Bluetooth display base and lighting.
3. Add your photo or message
Upload a clear JPG, PNG, or WEBP photo. You can also add a short message, or keep the design photo-only. The personalization step is optional, so you can choose the combination that feels right.
4. Review before production
Check the selected shape, size, base, photo, and spelling before adding the item to your cart. This review gives you a final chance to make sure the configuration matches your idea.
What happens after checkout
Orders enter custom production in 1–2 days. Air shipping usually takes 7–10 days after production. Orders of $69 or more receive free shipping. If an order arrives damaged, contact us for a refund or replacement.
