How long does an order take?
Production takes 1–2 business days. Standard shipping to the United States takes 7–10 business days after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates and can vary by carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How do I place an order?
Choose a keepsake, add the names or photo details the design supports, review the spelling and preview, then add the item to your cart and continue through Shopify secure checkout.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing the order if you need to request a cancellation or change. After production begins, personalized orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
What if my order arrives damaged or has a spelling error?
Contact us within 3 days of delivery and send clear photos of the item and the issue. For damage, production errors, or spelling errors caused by us, we can arrange a free replacement or a refund.
How much is shipping?
We currently ship to the United States. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase.
How are refunds processed?
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Shopify. Shopify Payments refunds can remain pending for up to 2 business days, and the customer's bank may take up to 10 business days to show the funds.
