The figurine arrives white and unpainted. You or the recipient will need to color it by hand. Follow the red, green and gold example, or try a completely different combination. You can paint it before giving it as a surprise, or enjoy decorating it together.

The fully sculpted figure stands on a solid black 3D-printed base, ready to display on a shelf, desk or Christmas decoration table once finished.

Can I approve the design before you make it?

Where a free design preview is offered, you can request it on the product page, then view the design in your cart and choose one or request changes. If you request a preview, we wait for your approval before production, even if you pay first. If you purchase directly without requesting a preview, we can begin production once payment and the required details are complete. Ready-made designs use the option shown on the product page.

Will my piece look like the design I approve?

The design preview is your chance to review the shape and personalized details before production. It is a digital reference, not a photo of the finished item. Screen colors, lighting and the finished material can look different. If a detail matters to you, raise it before you approve.

When will my order arrive?

Allow approximately 10–16 calendar days from your order to delivery for delivery to the United States: 1–3 days for design and modeling, 2–3 days for production, and 7–10 days for shipping. Weekends are included.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. For orders requiring design approval, the estimate assumes prompt approval; revisions or delayed approval may move the delivery dates. Customs or carrier delays may also affect arrival.

Can I return a personalized item?

Once production begins, personalized items cannot be returned for a change of mind or errors in customer-provided or approved details, except where required by law. If your item is damaged, defective or made incorrectly by us, please contact us so we can help. Our return and refund policy explains the details, including returns for non-personalized items.

What if my order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive?

Email support@3dheirloom.com with your order number and a description of the problem. For damage or a production issue, include clear photos; we recommend contacting us within 7 days of delivery, without limiting your statutory rights. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remake, replacement or refund. For a delayed or missing parcel, we will investigate with the carrier.
